How quickly can you quote me?
Quick! We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround of quotations as we understand the time pressures our clients are under. Usually you will get a response within a couple of hours, however we aim to answer all quote requests within 24 hours. For customized products, we aim to have accurate costings within 48 hours.

How quickly can you get my order to me from payment?
Your production time will vary with the size of your order and complexity of your product. Sourcing materials can be a time-intensive process. We will only seek and produce products with the finest materials. Average production time is estimated anywhere from 40 to 100 days.

Can I see a visual of my bag before production?
Yes, we can send you a pre-production sample for you to approve prior to pressing the GO button for full bag manufacture. For Customized bags we supply pre-production samples prior to production as standard.

What are the options for decoration or personality of my bag?
You send us your logo and we can help you choose an option for getting that logo onto the bag or if you already know, you can stipulate what you prefer. Screen printing, full colour printing, transfer printing, embroidery, blind embossing and foil blocking are all available options. You can find out more here about custom bag decoration options here.

How long is my quote valid for?
Most quotes are valid for 14 days. We will advise you how long your quote is valid for when we supply it.

What are your payment terms?
If you’re ordering from us for the first time, then we ask that you make payment upfront. Prior to beginning production, a 30% deposit is required. We will keep this deposit as a credit on your account. As soon as your order is ready to leave the production facility, we will apply the credit and collect the remaining balance

Can you help me with product development?
Yes! We have engineers, designers and people dedicated to ensuring you are getting what you need.

What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the bag you are ordering. The minimum order quantities are stated in the specification for each product.

Do your color match my color?
You will need to supply us with your color references. Every color has a PANTONE Matching System (PMS) reference number. This is a system used throughout the industry to ensure anyone can match colors specified by any designers.

Who is making my product?
We ensure that the experienced worker with adhere to strict safe working conditions and are paid a fair wage.

What is a normal Defective Rate?
Defective rate is almost never zero. JHC helps to reduce your defective rate with our goal always being less than 1%.

What happens if my product fails QC?
If your product fails QC, it will be reworked and re-inspected, which usually takes about a week.

How do I stay involved in the process from start to finish?
You may want to submit a PO and let us do all the work. If that’s the case, we will send you updates at each milestone. On the other hand, you might want to be immersed throughout the entire project. That’s not a problem, we are here to provide you with the updates and feedback you need to feel comfortable during your production.

What are my shipping options?
We ensure you receive your products in a timely manner via freight shipments sent by air, by boat or by boat. Most often we suggest shipping via boat to keep your costs down.
